10 Fitness Secrets Your Personal Trainer Doesn’t Want You to Know


Your waist line is in jeopardy. I don’t care who you are, what you’re doing, or who you’re doing it with…if you’re working out, you absolutely need to tune in to these 10 fitness hacks that are going to take you from average to awesome in no time at all.  I call these things “secrets”, but in reality, they’re just no-so-common tidbits that you’ve probably been overlooking for a while now.

These are the things that if you’re not doing, will cause you to remain dependent on your personal trainer forever.  They’ll cause you to watch and re-watch those fitness DVD’s for the 15th time, with depreciating results.  Not knowing this is why you go off and on those low-carb diets as frequently as you do.  So today, let’s just stop all the BS and get down to it.  These 10 fitness hacks are going to change you.  They’re going to turn you into the person you want to be.  And, perhaps best of all, they’re going to cut the cord of dependence and put you back in the driver seat of your own health and fitness.
