Do you eat starchy carbohydrate-rich foods like pasta, bread, and rice?

Or do you go for gluten-free varieties because you are intolerant?

  1. I waste of time post. Why not say something here instead of simply filling space and having us follow the link to another post?

    1. Because I have a few people that I allow to guest post on this blog from time to time. In order to help the smaller bloggers out, I let them re-direct to their own sites to help them build their traffic and user base.

The full article is only a click away; guess I never saw an extra click making an entire post a waste of time. My goal is to bring my readers the best fitness and nutrition content on the web. I feel like sharing links to other great content most people wouldn’t have found otherwise is something most people can appreciate. I’m sorry you don’t.
