With the launch of ShareItFitness.com just weeks away, we thought we’d take the opportunity to give you a little taste of what you can expect as one of our premium members. As many of you know by now, Share It Fitness is an OnDemand fitness service, streaming full-length group fitness classes and virtual personal training sessions to any smart phone, tablet, computer, or wifi-enabled television. Over the weekend we had quite a few of our readers ask for a quick, at-home workout, to help them out after a little over indulgence during Easter weekend.
