  1. I am just starting out… feeding my body rather than living to eat…This recipe makes me drool… but at 450 calories for ONE pancake (and a half) I think that would make me cry… or swear and binge the whole batch in a dark cupboard!!

    1. You could always try cutting down the size of the pancake. Mentally, might make them more satisfying to know you are eating more than just one big pancake!
