Quick Cardio Training – Bootcamp

Burning fat is all about burning calories.  It doesn’t matter if you jog at 5 mph for an hour and burn 400 calories or if you do sprints for 20 minutes and burn 400 calories.  At the end of the day, you’ve burned 400 calories.  That being said, short, intense, bootcamp sessions are great at burning calories fast and getting you back in shape.

When many people think of bootcamp they think of big groups of people running, sweating, and generally being miserable together.  This doesn’t have to be the case.  You really don’t need tons of room to get a thorough bootcamp class in.  Share It Fitness is offering in home bootcamp classes lead by our certified trainers to get you into shape.  All you need is a computer and a little room at home.  You follow along while your instructor leads you through a 30-60 minute, high intensity session that is sure to help you drop pounds.  You don’t even have to leave your living room to start sweating like a nun in a whorehouse….how easy is that?

A sample in home bootcamp class may look something like this…

  • 25 burpees
  • 15 pushups
  • 25 squat jumps
  • 3, 1 minute planks broken up with 10 russian lunges
  • 25 inverted situps

You get the idea.  The possibilities are endless.  Never again do you have to miss a workout.  1 hour of high intensity bootcamp style exercises can burn up to 800 calories.  Think about that for a minute.  If 3,500 calories make up one pound of body weight, and you take 4 classes a week, you are burning almost 1 pound of body weight every single week.  Once you get on your diet under control, and make healthy lifestyle changes, expect to see at least 2 pounds lost every week.

This is the most simple formula there is in achieving fitness.  High intensity training in your own home 3-4 times a week, eating right, and later combining weight training = a healthy, happy you.  There should be no excuses.  Share It Fitness wants to make training as easy and affordable as possible for every single person.  The best thing is, unlike DVD’s and workout videos, each session is different.  You will never have the same workout twice, which will help keep things interesting and your body guessing at what is coming next.
