While cellulite is more common in women given their genetic makeup, it can actually be found in anyone. Most common places for cellulite to pop up are on the legs, arms, butt, stomach, and hips. 2. Buy a big bottle of water and constantly refill it. Stay hydrated each and every day.
3. Go get yourself that skin brush and begin rubbing your body. This may sound silly, but the increased blood flow will really make a difference in your apperance.
4. Skip the coffee, muffins, croissants, and pastries. Eat a couple pieces of fruit in the morning instead. For good measure, add in a bowl of oat meal every now and again.
