New Fitness Craze – Speedball


Check out the above video to get a feel for this group class.  From all I’m hearing speedball offers a unique spin on your typical aeorbics class.  By holding a medicine ball the entire time, while performing specific moves, you are able to improve your cardiovascular endurance while toning your muscles.  Win-win!  Look for speedball classes to start popping up on ShareItFitness.com later this summer.
