Give this one a try.  Yes, I realize it’s Friday and working out is probably the last thing you want to do.  But suck it up, and get going…your belly will thank you.

Using a treadmill for the running segments will probably make this workout of the day easier as you can set your running speed and see how far you’ve been running.

  • Run 1 mile at 6 mph
  • Run 1/4 mile backwards at 3 mph
  • Run 3/4 mile at 7 mph
  • Run 1/2 mile backwards at 4 mph
  • Run 1/2 mile at 8 mph
  • Run 3/4 mile backwards at 5 mph
  • Run 1/4 mile at 9 mph
