Working with kettlebells


Kettlebells are a movement based exercise that aim to better stimulate stabilizer muscles and act as a full-body conditioner.  They also give the benefit of being able to work aerobically and anaerobically simultaneously.  Try these basic exercises out and see how they work for you.  For more detailed workouts and kettlebell classes, check out ShareitFitness.com in May!
